This is not about hating on thinspiration (Although thinspiration is a super-creepy concept and I beg you not to buy into it).
This is not about screaming from the rooftops that the only healthy people on this earth are the ones with a stomach roll or two.
This is about accepting human beings for what they are, be it fat, thin, chunky, curvy, athletic, gawky, solid, or waif-like (ok, maybe not that last one.)
This is about loving not only yourself, but other people, too.
NOTE: while this tumblr is mainly focused on body acceptance, you may also see the occasional post pertaining to sexism, racism, feminism, LBGTQ issues, or any other social injustices, as these all fall under the 'diversity' heading.

This is my all time favorite picture of Marilyn. :-) She looks so innocent and natural and I just can’t get over it. And the beautiful dress displays her endless curves in such a lovely way. And it reminds me of spring, my favorite time of year.
Unfortunately society tells us a lot of things, not least of all how we should look. I don’t blame women for wanting to...
